The standard product range contains two type of dough:
Piazzola dough – this dough is prepared with a special flour ideal for making the ‘American Style’ pizzas.
Italian dough – this dough is made with a carefully selected olive oil that produces the perfect taste and crispiness to produce ‘Authentic Italian’ pizza.
Packaging: The Pizza dough is frozen in balls and packed in carton boxes.
